To place an order, simply browse our website and add the items you wish to purchase
to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting your items, proceed to the
checkout page, where you can review your order and provide your shipping and payment
information. After confirming your order, you will receive an email confirmation with
your order details.

We accept major credit cards, such as Visa,
Mastercard, American Express.. Additionally, we also offer payment through popular
online payment platforms like Paystack, Payflex and direct EFT for your convenience.
Payflex offers you the option to get what you need now, but pay for it over four interest-
free installments. You pay 25% upfront, then three payments of 25% over the following
six weeks.

The delivery time depends on your location.
All orders are standard. Typically, orders within the major city centres are delivered
within 3-5 business days, more regional areas may take a little longer. These are only
guidelines and are not a guarantee. You will receive a tracking number via email once
your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your
order, you can return the item(s) within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Please ensure the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable
condition. However, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return. For
